At Chevy Chase Acura and Bethesda Detailers, Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members. We have and will continue to follow the CDC guidelines. All fully vaccinated customers and team members are not required to wear a mask both indoors and outdoors and are not required to maintain social distancing.  Customers and team members not fully vaccinated will be required to wear a mask and maintain 6’ social distancing. If a customer is more comfortable with our team member wearing a mask, regardless of their vaccination status, can request them to mask up.

 

Each of our customer facing team members will either be masked up or be displaying a sticker indicating the have been fully vaccinated. We look forward to the day when these precautions and regulations are unnecessary and COVID is in our rear-view mirror.

Precautions We Are Taking:

In addition to regular professional sanitation of our facilities, we are strictly adhering to the CDC's social distancing guidelines and wearing all recommended protective equipment at all times. All our tools and supplies are cleaned & disinfected between each service. All employees are undergoing daily health checks at the beginning of each shift.

 

Vehicle Sanitation is now Included with all services at no additional charge.

Our Basic Sanitation package is now included with every service at no additional charge. This includes application of an EPA-Registered disinfectant, recommended to us by one of the world's leading auto manufacturers as safe to use everywhere in a vehicle. This includes sanitizing vehicle "hot zones", like the steering wheel,  shift knob, center console, door pulls & handles, and more.

All payments must be processed electronically prior to checkout.

A secure link will be sent to you where you can enter your payment information. Our payments are processed securely through Square. Your vehicle will then be ready for pickup.
